Gooseberries and Fynbos spice on the nose with beautiful natural acidity. The entry is generous with a broad mouth feel and long, clean after taste. A Sauvignon of great distinction with great maturation potential and good food match. 13.5% ABV.

The Goose Sauvignon Blanc has a very limited production each year. The bouquet of the wine is Cape Floral driven with a sure tropical distinction. Small hints of gooseberry support the nose and on entry the palate of the wine is very generous with an exciting zesty structure.
