Ruffino Moscato D'Asti 2023

This Moscato is a delightful frizzante wine, exhibiting a pale yellow colour in the glass. It has a sweet, floral bouquet, with hints of elderflower, acacia and wisteria, supplemented by orchard fruits and honey.  6% ABV.

On the palate, this Moscato is sweet, but not too sweet; fizzy, but not too fizzy. It is a wonderfully balanced experience, with clean notes of white peach, orange peel, sage, elderflower and mint. Subtle bubbles bring a mousse-like mouthfeel, while acidity brings a wiry backbone. The finish is long, sweet, and packed with orchard fruits. This is a perfect wine for pairing with spicy curry, spicy sausage, or creamy cheese.
