E.S.A. Field white rum was first blended and bottled in 1909 by Mr. Edward Samuel Allison Field, a resident of the parish of Saint Philip. Prior to establishing his rum business, Mr. Field had become renowned throughout Barbados for his expertise in the art of blending white rum using a secret blend known only to himself. In 1964, just prior to his death, Mr. Field sold the blend to R.L. Seale & Company Limited.  43% ABV.

Today, E.S.A. Field white rum is distilled at R.L. Seale's award winning Foursquare Rum Distillery. Using its pioneering 'low temperature' distillation method while keeping faith to the original blend, E.S.A. Field White Rum has earned the distinction of being the best selling rum in Barbados, the birthplace of rum. Available by the case only.
