Pale gold colour with some silvery reflections, limpid and brilliant wine. Great finesse on the first nose with subtle floral and yellow fruit notes. When aired, becomes deliciously mineral. 12.5% ABV.
Very persistent. Dense, tight and concentrated palate, beautiful pure unfolding of fruit flesh on a complex mineral structure. Pure and elegant finish. Magnificent and very rare.
