An intense straw yellow colour with light greenish reflections; supported by an excellent structure and minerality, the nose opens up fine and complex with hints of anise, pink grapefruit and pear while the taste is enveloping, fresh and savoury. Biodynamic. 13% ABV.
Produced from Cortese grapes from a small block of old vines grown on an outcrop of iron-rich (Terrarossa) clay soil which gives structure and minerality to the wine.This wine benefits from a partial crio-maceration on the skins.
