Very intense ruby colour with slight grainy tones. Rich and persistent nose with a sophisticated, berry-scented bouquet revealing hints of almond extract, mint, and earth. Fresh and fruity palate that is well-structured with soft tannins, mellowed in French oak. 13% ABV.
The history of Count Saladini Pilastri dates back to the year 1000; a noble family from Ascoli Piceno that boasts of a rich and fascinating past. The flavour of this wine unites the perfumes and colours of its land; the care with which it is produced and the knowledge of an antique art.
