To create Sutter Home White Zinfandel’s pale pink colour and touch of sweetness, Zinfandel grapes are immediately pressed after harvest to collect the rich, concentrated free-run juice. Winemakers then cold-ferment the juice at 60°F in stainless steel tanks to enhance the wine’s fresh aromas, fruity flavours and crisp acidity. A crisp, refreshing finish adds balance to this delicious, lightly sweet wine, making it the perfect partner for a wide variety of foods. Serve well-chilled.
