Low or No Alcohol
Low and no alcoholic wines are beverages made with grapes that have all or most of the alcohol content removed. No alcohol wine contains less than 0.5% ABV (Alcohol By Volume). It's made by fermenting grapes like regular wine, then using techniques like vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol. While some trace amounts might remain, it's very minimal. Low Alcohol wine have a slightly reduced alcohol content compared to traditional wines, typically ranging from 5.5% to 10% ABV. They can be made with grapes naturally lower in sugar or by using methods to halt fermentation earlier, leaving some residual sugar.
