Predominantly spicy revealing aromas of black pepper, blueberry, chocolate and a hint of cherry. Full bodied, silky tannins and a long finish. 13.5% ABV.
Raised in amphorae and air-tight, stainless-steel vats that capture the natural freshness and vigour of their signature organic and biodynamic grapes, this is a superb unfiltered blend of concentrated old-vine Merlot, Malbec, and peppery Cabernet Franc. The over 40-year-old Merlot vines are born on sandy and gravelly soils in alternating layers of clay and ferrous sediments.
