Sea Shed
Platinum Wines makes personal recommendations including Sea Shed. This effortlessly casual in a way that belies its top class cuisine at the hand of Chef Jeremy Dupire, formally of The Cliff Beach Club and is the epitome of barefoot chic. Culinary treats include, char-grilled octopus with sweet potato salad, spicy mayonnaise and fresh herbs $37, a Kale Salad with aged parmesan, cherry tomatoes. garlic croutons and a creamy truffle dressing $26 or the wildly popular Tuna Poke Bowl $45. Mains include Grilled Gambas, Steak Frittes, Lasagna al Forno and a Thai red curry. Sides and veggie options are plentiful.

A hidden gem in the heart of Holetown. Scarlet is an uber trendy cocktail bar & restaurant with striking red and black decor and urban chic.

Set at the entrance to St. Lawrence Gap, Castaways is a relaxed, fun environment with stunning views across the bay with a newly revitalized menu thanks to new executive chef, Nick King. 

January's feature restaurant is the newly opened Buzo Osteria Italiana in Hastings. Uber trendy and chic. Modern Italian fare with pizza, pasta, salads, seafood and carne (meat), something for everyone. Dishes include grilled lamb rack with pepperina and mint fondue, handmade pumpkin tortelli with butter noisette, sage, shiitake mushrooms and parmesan cheese or white fish fillet with tomatoes, fresh herbs, olives, capers, lime, garlic and fresh tomato sauce.

This month's Wine and Dine is The Orange Street Grocer in Speightstown. An eclectic modern European, ocean front restaurant with a tradition wood fired pizza oven. Throughout November they are offering a special of any two pizzas and a bottle of our Chaberts Cuvee Prestige Rose for $140 Bds.

We are super excited about this month's event to celebrate the launch of Aix Rose and we have a full day of celebrations planned at The Cliff Beach Club.
